There was a serious effort made to create a magical, underwater environment for the OdySea Aquarium gift store in Phoenix, Arizona. Under-sea themed wall and floor fixtures were designed, custom “jellyfish” pendant lights were commissioned, curving blue soffits surrounding the room, and a swirling vinyl flooring covering was specially created. There are also large back-lit photo images depicting the sea life that actually live within the aquarium displayed throughout the store. It’s a beautiful, and expertly themed store, and the retail illustrations here are among the visualizations that were part of the winning presentation to the partners/clients.
